Customer Service Officer

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Answer customer queries and concern about company’s service or transfer to the person responsible. Generate quotation and process orders or any transactions. Handle customers’ complaints and collect the customer’s feedback. Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication with customers throughout the support process. Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their inquiries or issues.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrative or any fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in Administrative. Good communication skills both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing high-quality service. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Able to use MS Office, Outlook, SAP is a plus.
