Job Function Manages all administrative logistical details for all outbound shipments processed by outside carriers and internal Fleet. Manages all logistical details for all outbound domestic and international export shipments done by outside carriers and Freight Forwarders Obtains quotes and selects vendors for freight and freight forwarding services Coordinates with Internal and External contacts on shipments Investigates and resolves customers issues pertaining to shipping or paperwork Examines, prepares and administers documents such as invoices, bills of lading and shipping statements Ensures accuracy and integrity of shipments and packaging to ensure timely deliveries Maintains compliance with ITAR and other governmental regulations Shipping material by FedEx and UPS Files all freight claims for damaged goods and tracks them on a weekly basis. Resolves disputes. Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.

Range The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $20.87/Hr. - USD $26.15/Hr. depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
