About the Role

The Senior Events Manager for Community Engagement will be a key driver in building and executing events in local communities. These events will directly support Crusoe’s responsible approach to data center buildouts, and increase transparency and collaboration with regional leaders and community members. This person will work in close partnership with our Digital Infrastructure Group, Real Estate, and Government Affairs teams. We’re seeking a highly organized and structured events professional with a successful track record of delivering a high-volume of proprietary (1P) events with executive-level and/or government official involvement. You will be responsible for end-to-end event management, ensuring seamless execution, measurable results, and strong cross-functional partnerships. Key to success is your ability to quickly establish repeatable and scalable event processes. You will take a customer-focused and programmatic approach to designing and executing high-value events. It is essential that you are knowledgeable and engaged with Crusoe’s mission and products to ensure our execution drives the desired business outcomes. What You'll Be Working On: Design, plan, and execute events that drive community engagement in local markets. Serve as the primary program manager, driving cross-functional alignment and accountability across marketing, real estate, government affairs, digital infrastructure group, and senior leadership teams to orchestrate cohesive events. Develop and manage comprehensive event project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all operational milestones are met. Oversee all event logistics and operations, including venue sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, registration, stage design, staffing, and post-event reporting. Manage vendor relationships (agencies, production, catering, etc.), ensuring high-quality service and cost efficiency. Develop and maintain detailed event metrics and reports, and propose improvements for future events. Establish scalable event processes, templates, and best practices to ensure repeatable, high-quality execution as the company and event volume grow. What You'll Bring to the Team: 7-10 years of experience in event marketing or program management, preferably within a high-growth high-tech environment. Proven track record of managing and executing complex events, from high-touch executive programs to community engagement. Exceptional organizational, project management, and attention-to-detail skills, with a structured approach to problem-solving. Strong understanding of event logistics, contract negotiation, vendor management, and budget administration.
