This role reports to the Senior Director, Legal Counsel - Head of Commercial Product Supply. Commercial Product Supply, or CPS, is a key part of The Coca-Cola Company system, manufacturing and supplying concentrate that enables our brands to reach consumers around the world. The CPS and Irish Entities Legal Team, part of the Global Strategic Partnerships team, supports a broad portfolio, including concentrate manufacturing, supply chain operations and corporate strategic transactions. As Director, Legal Counsel , you will be a commercially minded legal partner supporting CPS, with primary responsibility for employment law, regulatory, sustainability, and supply chain matters in Ireland and France. You will work closely with colleagues across Legal, People and Culture, Supply Chain, Quality, Safety and Environment to deliver practical, solution orientated, business-focused legal advice that supports the Company’s priorities. What You’ll Do for Us : Provide strategic employment law advice across a broad range of matters including disciplinary and grievances processes, workplace investigations, compensation and benefits, organisational change, data protection and workplace matters. Advise on regulatory matters relating to the Irish manufacturing operations, such as health and safety, sustainability, environmental regulation and support the business in navigating evolving regulatory requirements. Negotiate, review and draft commercial, procurement and supply chain agreements. Develop governance frameworks, policies and training. Provide legal research and analysis for the team and business. Lead and collaborate in cross- functional and global projects. Support other legal workstreams within the team as business needs evolve. Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders to enable business objectives while effectively managing legal risk. Foster strong, networked collaboration among business partners and legal professionals to ensure legal services are provided in the most efficient and effective manner. Qualifications and Requirements : Required Solicitor qualified to practice in Ireland (5 years+ PQE). Extensive experience advising on employment law in a multinational environment gained in-house or in private practice. Experience on GDPR and privacy law. Strong commercial judgement and ability to balance legal risk with business objectives. Collaborative team player with the ability to influence, build trust and engage effectively with business partners and legal colleagues. Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate and simplify complex issues. Flexibility to work across other legal areas. Strong digital fluency Passion for our Business and Brands. Preferred French Language skills preferred but not required. Experience advising on sustainability, ESG and environmental regulatory frameworks. Experience supporting technology, AI or digital transformation initiatives.
