We’re seeking someone to join our team as an Vice President in Credit Risk. In the Firm Risk Management division, we advise businesses across the Firm on risk mitigation strategies, develop tools to analyse and monitor risks and lead key regulatory initiatives. What you’ll do in the role: Assist in preparing internal reporting known as collateral monitoring reports for Commercial Real Estate assets located throughout the United States, including office, retail, multifamily, and logistics. Providing support for regulatory, audits and compliance testing. Perform advanced market research, reviewing reports published by industry leaders. Analyze financial statements for historical trends, and compare those to market trends. Opportunity to expand skills into related parts of the team's workflow and create new work products. Partner with colleagues across the globe to achieve team goals, gaining insight into how a global organization works. Review of junior team member's work, provide required trainings to the team and contribute on global projects/stretch assignments. Manage a team of 2-3 Analysts/Associates in terms of personal development, oversee production to ensure deliverables are on time and are of high quality, and provide timely feedback. Manage escalations, and show a strong inclination towards problem solving and innovation Contribute to production and recognize proper delegation, setting of department goals, work on synergies across different teams, projects to increase production and create efficient workflows and processes What you’ll bring to the role: Detail oriented, with exceptional analytical skills Knowledge of various asset classes, financial statements, and valuation methods.
