ETIC, IT Support Engineer-Associate

Line of Service Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector Technology Specialism IFS - Information Technology (IT) Management Level Associate Job Description & Summary Job Responsibilities: Install and configure laptops to support the onboarding process of the new employees. Handle the on-boarding process in terms of delivering IT equipment, collecting relevant documentation, and giving IT induction when required. Provide IT support for all related issues in domains of hardware (laptops, Printers, smartphones (iPhone\Android) and software (Windows 10, Google Suite and in-house applications). Provide remote or on-site IT support for ETIC staff;  Perform IT assets management activities in terms of registration, assignment, and recycling of IT assets over the relevant systems. Provide on site support for meeting rooms and video conferences.
