About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Director of IT & Security, you will own and lead the IT organization at Crusoe, spanning the IT Service Desk, IT Systems Engineering, and Enterprise Technology functions. In this role, you are responsible for end-to-end IT operations, enterprise business systems, and the infrastructure that supports office, manufacturing, and data center environments globally. You will define the strategy and roadmap for how internal technology enables business growth, driving critical decisions around build-vs-buy tradeoffs, automation, and AI adoption. Success in this position involves scaling the organization as the business grows, effectively managing a team that includes Director-level direct reports. What You'll Be Working On: Own global IT operations and service delivery, including SLAs, escalation models, and operational metrics Lead the Service Desk, Systems Engineering, and Enterprise Technology functions, managing direct reports at the Director level. Manage the enterprise systems portfolio, including ERP platforms , CRM , Supply Chain, and other business systems. Define and own the multi-year enterprise technology roadmap — assessing current architecture, forming a clear technical opinion on the target state, and guiding technical teams and business stakeholders toward alignment and execution against that vision Champion AI adoption across IT operations — leveraging AI to automate workflows, increase team capacity, and reduce manual effort at scale. Oversee identity and access management (directory services, SSO, MFA, role-based access controls) and the complete IT asset management lifecycle. Develop and manage annual IT budgets while owning vendor performance management — ensuring the organization maximizes value from its technology investments and vendor relationships. Direct IT buildouts for new locations, manage onboarding and offboarding processes, and establish governance for change management, access controls, and system reliability. What You'll Bring to the Team: 10+ years of experience across IT operations and enterprise systems, with 5+ years leading multi-function IT or enterprise technology organizations. Proven experience owning Service Desk, Systems Engineering, and Enterprise Technology functions. Extensive background in implementing and managing ERP platforms and enterprise business systems at scaleDeep expertise in identity and access management, device management, endpoint platforms, system integrations, and APIs. Demonstrated track record of building and scaling teams, hiring leaders, and creating structure within a high-growth environment.
