We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic working apprentice to join our team of People & Culture Business Partners for Global Delivery Hub within CVG Board Area. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment and to work closely with People & Culture community and senior leadership. Key Responsibilities:

Support the Team: Assist with preparation for meetings and activities and tasks’ follow-through, managing logistics for key events and meetings. Project Management: Lead and coordinate special projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals. Communication: Help draft and edit internal communications, including presentations, reports, and emails. Research and Analysis: Conduct research and provide insights on workforce trends, competitive landscape, and strategic initiatives. Governance and stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and partners to support foster strong relationships and support tight connect of all activities with business needs.

Completed Batchelor degree, currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and various AI tools (EKX, Joule Work Desktop, other) Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong business understanding and prior experience in a corporate setting.
