Warehouse Quality Specialist - 2nd Shift - Northern Cal Distribution Center

The ideal Inventory Integrity & Quality Control Process Auditor   has attention to detail, a   sense   confidentiality   and a desire for enabling continuous improvement .    This individual   supports   ensuring   high levels   of accuracy, customer   service   and operational standards through performance of   operational   process audits   with the primary goal of   identifying   potential   people,   process   and system   exceptions .   Through audit results and process observation,   this individual drives   process compliance and improvement.   A day in the life…   Work s   with limited supervision to support the quality control program by performing process audits associated with receiving, returns inspection, product put away, picking, packing,   shipping   and cycle counting   Supports the assessment of root cause analysis for processing errors by communicating audit results and   observed   abnormalities in process design and execution to leadership   Perform simple routine administrative tasks, including data entry and distribution of reports   A ct as an informal resource   or trainer   for peers with less experience     You own this if you have…   A h igh school diploma or equivalent work-related experience in inventory control, quality process auditing, supply chain operations, or related discipline    1+ years distribution and/or fulfillment center work experience   Demonstrated basic understanding of Fulfillment Center and/or Distribution Center operations and inventory flow and Inventory control processes    Demonstrated working knowledge of WMS/WES systems; such as Manhattan, DAI, High   Jump   and related equipment; specifically, RF Scanners and b asic   PC skills with Excel, Word, Outlook   Demonstrated ability to work as a team member to   accomplish   daily objectives    Solid written and verbal skills     Pay Range Details The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws.
