Department/Unit: Molecular & Cellular Physiology Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Salary Range: $0.00 - $0.00 Join Our Research Team We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join our laboratory and contribute to ongoing research in molecular and cellular biology, inflammation, metabolism, and cardiovascular disease. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in molecular biology, cell biology, mouse models, and translational biomedical research while working in a collaborative and supportive research environment. The fellow will have opportunities to lead projects, publish findings, present at scientific conferences, and develop an independent research program. Research Opportunities The successful candidate will: Design and conduct experiments addressing important questions in cardiovascular and metabolic research Apply molecular and cellular biology techniques, including PCR, Western blotting, immunofluorescence, cell culture, and related approaches Work with mouse models and perform relevant in vivo studies Analyze and interpret experimental data Prepare manuscripts, abstracts, and presentations Contribute to grant applications and development of new research directions Collaborate with other members of the laboratory and research teams Qualifications Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent doctoral degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field Strong background in molecular or cellular biology Research experience demonstrated through peer-reviewed publications Excellent scientific writing, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative research environment Strong motivation to develop an independent research career Experience with mouse models, cardiovascular biology, metabolism, inflammation, RNA/protein analysis, or cell culture is highly desirable.
