What You Will Do
Review AS9102 Form 2 to validate that (raw material, parts, and processes) meet metallurgical and chemical technical requirements. Read and interpret drawings, specifications, certifications, procedures, etc. Communicate non‑compliances and non‑conformances with parties within and outside of own team, to provide support by explaining quality requirements, standards, and specifications. Document and report non‑compliances and non‑conformances to suppliers. Works autonomously with limited supervision. Attend and have participation in group meetings, teleconferences and/or training required. Actively participate in continuous improvement activities using CORE tools. Based on business needs, the incumbent may be required to work evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience; or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience. Experience interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, certifications, and process documentation. Experience with review of FAI. Experience communicating technical findings, non‑conformances, or quality requirements across cross‑functional teams and suppliers.
Qualifications
We Prefer: Familiarity with Testing and control of raw materials, finished product, and processing ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable government regulations. Familiarity with Chemical/Metallurgical Processes, i.e., laser machining, electro‑discharge machining, electro‑chemical grinding, brazing, coatings, welding, heat treatment, etc. Familiarity with shop operations, work instructions and quality documentation. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
