Senior Specialist, Communications and Marketing

Reporting to the Vice President of Communications and Marketing, the Senior Specialist will act as a Chief of Staff, supporting strategic initiatives led by the VP and working cross-functionally across all areas of Communications and Marketing, Corporate Affairs and the enterprise. The Senior Specialist will play a vital role in creating strategy for the teams, driving the smooth operation of the division, and ensuring all initiatives stay on track to meet broader company goals. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational and analytical skills, using data and metrics to continuously improve team performance and support a mission-driven organization.
