What You’ll get to Do Responsibilities Prepare monthly Task Status Reports (MTSR) for the Government customer across multiple task orders Prepare Service Measures Reports for the Government customer, leveraging tools such as JIRA and SolarWinds Prepare and maintain monthly automated vROps (VMware vRealize Operations) data and reports Update documents within the production system; Confluence experience required Develop presentation slide decks as needed for both Northrop Grumman management and the Government customer Review, edit, and revise documents provided by engineers Conduct quality reviews of technical and program materials Perform the role of Knowledge Management (KM) Specialist for all task orders in Tampa Manage and organize content within Confluence on the production system Manage content maintained on SharePoint for local management Assist the Task Order Manager and Site Leads with developing new knowledge management processes; support diagnosis of current issues; and redesign, reconstruct, and monitor processes to ensure effectiveness Basic Qualifications   Master's Degree with 3 years of experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience; OR an Associate's Degree with 7 years of experience; OR a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 9 years of experience is required.
