About this role

This is a rare opportunity for a Learning Experience Design Principal to help set the pace for how Intuit works with AI. As a Principal Learning Experience Designer for AI-Powered Work, you will design the enterprise learning experiences that turn Intuit's AI-first workforce ambition into daily behavior: agentic tool fluency, redesigned workflows, and measurable adoption across every function with a current focus on our non-tech audience and partnering with our tech teams. This is a large role with significant scope and complexity. You will build learning that meets employees where they are on the AI fluency spectrum and moves them forward with a progressive, diagnostic-based approach rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Your work directly supports Intuit's AI-Powered Work priority's goal of growing agentic AI adoption and shifting time from manual work to higher-value activities. You will partner closely with the cross-functional priority team that will help scale through onboarding, role-specific enablement for redesigned workflows, and craft skills content that reflects updated AI proficiency standards. This is a very collaborative role and requires both influence and leadership at scale, with a huge impact on the organization.

Responsibilities

AI Fluency & Capability Design Design the enterprise learning journey that builds AI fluency and agentic tool adoption across functions, using a diagnostic approach that places employees on a fluency spectrum and builds capability progressively. Build enablement experiences for Intuit's company-standard AI coworker, so every employee has a clear, guided path to productive daily use. Translate updated AI-first craft skills and proficiency standards into learning content that supports hiring, onboarding, review readiness, and promotion criteria. Measurement & Iteration Partner with the team to connect learning engagement to the enterprise AI measurement framework (adoption, productivity, and quality). Use adoption data, including agentic tool weekly active use, to identify where learning is working and where it needs to be redesigned. Run a test-and-learn model: pilot new formats and tools, evaluate signal quickly, and scale what works.

Qualifications

6-8+ years designing learning experiences at enterprise scale, with demonstrated Principal-level scope and ownership of complex, cross-functional programs. Deep, hands-on fluency with AI and GenAI tools, including experience designing enablement for agentic and coworker-style AI products. Instructional design craft: you can turn a fluency framework or skills taxonomy into learning that changes behavior, not just awareness. Data fluency: you design for measurement from the start and can read adoption and productivity data well enough to redirect your own roadmap. Proven ability to influence and deliver both individually and through others, including technical teams, HR Tech, and a distributed network of champions, without direct authority. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a background in instructional design, learning experience design, or organizational development is a strong plus. Bonus Points Experience designing enablement for enterprise AI platforms or a company-standard AI coworker. Background partnering with AI Science, data, or Workforce Tech teams to close the loop between learning and measured outcomes. Experience building diagnostic or adaptive learning paths that segment audiences by proficiency rather than role alone. Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position may be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits ). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across
