Job Characteristics:Supports sales force, with customers and potential customers regarding the resolution of technical issues that affect the sales, installation and utilization of products and/or services. Proposes changes in products and/or services that result in cost reductions and increased sales. May prepare operating manuals, references or training materials for customers and sales force.
