POSITION SUMMARY (RESUMEN DE LA POSICIÓN) : Under the supervision of the Depot Pharmacist should provide support in Operational tasks as follows: (Bajo la supervisión del Depot Pharmacist debe prestar soporte en las tareas operativas de la siguiente manera:) PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES) Perform the checking process related to reception and shipment of investigational drugs, diagnostic kits, devices, Clinical material supplies, CRF’s, etc. under the supervision of the Depot Pharmacist. (Realizar el proceso de verificación relacionado a la recepción y envío de drogas de investigación, kits de diagnóstico, equipos, material de suministros clínicos, CFR’s, etc. bajo la supervisión del Depot Pharmacist). Prepare and label the boxes with materials in accordance with WC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with the close supervision of the Depot Pharmacist or Facility Logistics Manager. (Preparar y etiquetar las cajas con los materiales de acuerdo con los Procedimientos Operativos Estándar de WC (POE’s) bajo la supervisión cercana del Depot Pharmacist o Facility Logistics Manager). Perform activities on the CTM-STAR Operative System, related with Inbound, Outbound and Return processes, to update information and documents attachment always being supervised by the Depot Pharmacist or Facility Logistics Manager. (Realizar actividades en el Sistema Operativo CTM-STAR, relacionadas con los procesos de Inbound, Outbound, y Retornos, para actualizar la información y documentos adjuntos siempre siendo supervisado por el Depot Pharmacist o Facility Logistics Manager). Comply with World Courier Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), which contain specific instructions to take the steps concerning the reception and shipment of materials. (Cumplir con los Procedimientos Operativos Estándar de World Courier (POE), que contienen instrucciones específicas sobre los pasos a seguir concerniendo la recepción y envío de materiales). Compare the material received with the documentation forwarded in order to certify concordance or disagreement. (Comparar el material recibido con la documentación enviada para certificar concordancia o discrepancia). Prepare box contents according to what´s described on WC Packing List. (Preparar el contenido de las cajas de acuerdo con lo descrito en el WC Packing List). The Operator must have the training and the capability required to control materials characteristics (described in their labels): ID number, expiration date, patient’s kit, and temperature and storage conditions as well as any additional information that could be useful. (El Operador debe tener el entrenamiento y la capacidad requerida para controlar las características de los materiales (descritas en sus etiquetas): tanto número de ID, fecha de expiración, kit de paciente y condiciones de temperatura y almacenamiento, como cualquier información adicional que pueda ser de utilidad). The Operator must be specifically trained in order to perform activities related to shipments such as the packaging preparation, box closing and labeling.
