A Day in the Life Support the execution of portfolio strategies and marketing programs across Core Surgical Innovations. Working closely with Sales, Clinical, Supply Chain, Finance, and Global Marketing teams, the role assists with product launches, sales enablement, business analysis, and customer engagement activities.
Primary Responsibilities
Support the Product Managers with execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Develop and maintain marketing collateral and sales tools. Assist with pricing, forecasting, and tender processes. Support planning and execution of new product launches Coordinate launch readiness activities across functions with support of lead Product Manager Support congresses, workshops, and customer events. Assist with KOL engagement programs. Ensure activities are compliant with Medtronic policies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Commerce, Life Sciences, or related discipline. 0-3 years' experience in marketing, healthcare, medical devices, or commercial roles. Strong analytical, communication and relationship building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 360. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments Accountable, adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused with a desire to create value for clinicians and patients Motivated to build a career in Marketing in MedTech Preferred Qualifications Experience within Healthcare, MedTech, Medical Devices or Life Sciences environments. Experience or knowledge of using Salesforce CRM.
