Job responsibilities
Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Demonstrated experience delivering product outcomes in complex, regulated environments, ideally with exposure to financial services and wealth management-adjacent workflows. Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and customer relationship management capabilities (for example, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, CRM Analytics, Marketing Cloud, Lightning Scheduler, or comparable capabilities). Demonstrated experience working within an Agile development framework; JIRA experience required. Demonstrated ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear, testable requirements (including user stories and acceptance criteria) and maintain strong backlog hygiene within assigned scope. Strong prioritization and trade-off management skills within an assigned problem area, including raising issues and recommending sequencing changes based on delivery realities and user impact. Proven ability to influence without authority and build consensus in a matrixed organization, paired with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, problem-solve with limited guidance, and remain calm under pressure. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience supporting delivery of advisor, client service, servicing, or operations platforms where workflow efficiency, service quality, and compliance are critical. Experience contributing to cross-system customer relationship management capabilities that integrate across channels and downstream systems, with strong focus on operational readiness and controls alignment. Experience operating across regions and time zones with structured stakeholder management, clear documentation, reliable follow-through, and familiarity applying AI-enabled capabilities to customer relationship management and servicing workflows in a practical, responsible, measurable way.
