We are currently looking for Principal Product Manager to join our Early Adoption Team and partner with customers, product teams and field teams to drive innovation by leading the initial adoption for new products and significant product investments Responsibilities Lead end-to-end early adoption engagements across complex, cross-organizational scenarios, translating customer feedback into scalable, AI-powered solutions. Use data, AI, and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing, telemetry, customer feedback) to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve product outcomes. Define success through clear metrics (e.g., OKRs, KPIs, adoption, engagement, and performance) and use insights to guide roadmap decisions and long-term investments. Engage directly with large enterprise customers to understand needs, gather feedback, and ensure solutions deliver meaningful value and strong product-market fit. Influence and align senior leaders and cross-functional teams, resolving complex challenges and influencing product decisions across a broad portfolio of work. Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment where diverse perspectives are valued and teams can do their best work.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management OR equivalent experience. Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Additional or preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management OR equivalent experience. 4+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). 6+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). 6+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product). Previous cybersecurity experience in a Product Management, Solution Selling or SOC capacity Proven experience with AI Builder tooling. Experience with product launches, complex customer adoption projects building product led growth programs. Experience with Microsoft Security products or equivalent competitors. Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year.
