Overview About the Role:

PepsiCo Foods US (PFUS) is on the front lines of consumer connection, and media is one of our most powerful growth levers. As part of the Media Strategy, Planning & Investment team, you’ll help shape how our brands show up across all media touchpoints. This team is responsible for maximizing PepsiCo’s significant media investment while identifying, testing, and scaling innovative and emerging media platforms across the portfolio. The Media team also manages the day‑to‑day relationship with agency partners and serves as the primary link between the media marketplace and PepsiCo’s broader marketing organization.

This Manager role will help lead cross‑channel media strategy and investment as part of the One PepsiCo Media Team, supporting some of PepsiCo Foods’ largest brands like Doritos & Cheetos. You’ll collaborate closely with brand teams, our media agency, and cross‑functional partners to architect integrated media plans that reach the right consumers, create meaningful impact, and deliver against business objectives. We're looking for someone who combines strategic vision with strong executional rigor, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo to bring bold ideas to life. Responsibilities

Support brand media strategy: Contribute to translation of business and brand goals into media strategies that deliver reach, resonance and ROI Lead tactical campaign planning and execution: Drive media planning for brand launches, tentpoles, and annual campaigns from strategy through execution, optimization and learnings in collaboration with agency team Facilitate media partnerships: Evaluate, shape, and negotiate custom content programs and media partnerships alongside agency teams. Maximize investment: Help steward PepsiCo’s media dollars to drive effectiveness, efficiency, and breakthrough outcomes Ensure integration and collaboration: Ensure media strategy is embedded early in the creative development in concert with the brand teams and appropriate cross-functional teams Analyze performance: Extract insights from media performance and apply learnings to future planning.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected compensation range for this position is between $110,700 - $185,250. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus 6+ years of media experience & managing external agencies ideal CPG experience strongly preferred Strong organizational and project management skills Proven track record of navigating, influencing & delivering results in a highly complex organization Passion for driving change & challenging the status quo Demonstrated ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with both internal & external stakeholders Willingness to travel up to 10%
