About this role
About Geordie Geordie AI, winner of the 2026 RSAC Innovation Sandbox, is the purpose-built security and governance platform for autonomous AI agents. We are securing tens of thousands of AI agents for some of the most forward-thinking enterprises in the world, growing rapidly, and backed by some of the best investors in the business. We are a customer-obsessed, high-conviction team that thrives on collaboration and focus. If you want to be at the frontier of one of the most consequential security challenges in enterprise technology, this is the place.
The Role
We are seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to help Geordie build one of the most effective field marketing organisations in enterprise software. You will own Geordie's field marketing strategy and execution, partnering closely with Sales and Channel to create pipeline, deepen customer relationships and accelerate enterprise revenue. From executive dinners and strategic conferences to customer advocacy and partner campaigns, you'll ensure Geordie shows up brilliantly wherever enterprise buyers engage with us. Initially, you will be a hands-on individual contributor responsible for executing Geordie's field marketing motion across executive events, customer advocacy, partner marketing and account-based campaigns. You will personally own the planning, coordination and delivery of initiatives that help our sales team win more business. This is not a traditional demand generation role. We are not looking for someone who optimises MQLs or manages large paid marketing budgets. We are looking for someone who constantly asks: "How can marketing help us create and close more enterprise revenue?" You will help build a world-class field marketing function where every programme strengthens customer relationships, supports our go-to-market teams and delivers measurable commercial impact.
