Job Duties and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Documentation of current workflows within the systems we manage Creation of job aids that walk through system clicks step by step Documentation of future state workflows in new tools or for future rollouts/enhancements Building and managing enhancement note and communication tracking Helping to manage enhancements in our ticketing system in partnership and collaboration with Product Managers Manage smaller applications and technology platforms, acting as a junior Product Manager Analyze product data and user behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and help to inform product decisions Skills, Experience and Requirements Education and Experience A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, or Engineering) or equivalent practical experience 2+ years of experience in an Analyst, Business Intelligence, or Product-focused role, with proven experience supporting technical projects and systems Skills and Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure documents, and communicate technical messages to non-technical audiences Demonstrated ability to achieve results when working with ambiguous scopes and constantly changing priorities Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, or visualization platforms) and experience with product ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA or ServiceNow). Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.    Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
