We need you to develop container management sof tware to solve some of our clients’ toughest challenges.    As a senior platform DevOps engineer at Booz Allen, you can use your technical skills to affect mission-forward change.  On our team, you’ll hone your skills using the latest cloud technologies as you look for ways to improve your client’s environment with current container sof tware to ensure seamless orchestration. Using your DevOps platform experience , you’ll support your team as you inform strategy and design while ensuring standards are met throughout the containerization process. You’ll recommend resources that will help your client manage and securely adopt containers. Additionally, you’ll continue to strengthen your DevOps skills while supporting the develop ment of critical cloud platforms.    Work with us to use cloud platform technology for good. Join us. The world can’t wait.   You Have: 5+ years of experience in the develop ment of tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity by automating builds, regression testing, monitoring, and pushing releases across environments 5+ years of experience deploying and managing infrastructure in AWS environments including EC2, EKS, ECS, Lambda Experience with cloud infrastructure and automation tools, including Terraform and Gitlab CI / CD Experience with DevOps, Git repositories and CI / CD leveraging Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ) to configure AWS Cloud environments Experience develop ing enterprise cloud-native solutions involving Kubernetes, AWS, or Jenkins Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Bash, Python or JavaScript for automation purposes Experience develop ing, managing, and securing containers Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience with creating and improving continuous automation across multiple technical stacks Experience with creating and improving continuous deployment tools built on Kubernetes Experience triaging and resolving issues related to both open source and commer cia l tools in public cloud environments Experience working with application develop ment teams across the sof tware develop ment lifecycle and creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment Experience  with the Atlassian tool suite, including Jira and Confluence Experience  with Agile develop ment techniques and ceremonies Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Linux Shell Script Top Secret clearance Clearance:   Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information .
