With 150 rooms, 4,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets, this award-winning Forbes 4-Star boutique property offers elevated comfort food inspired by mountain regions from around the world. Hotel Website , Instagram, Facebook , YouTube In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property’s signature dining, Powder , and In-Room Dining. You will report directly to our Assistant Director of Food and Beverage and oversee a team of 50 Front-of-House Team Members The ideal candidate will have at least 2–3 years of restaurant leadership experience and a proven ability to elevate all aspects of service and the overall guest experience.
