Purpose of the Position: Ensure all construction and fit-out activities for the project are executed in full compliance with Taiwan environmental, health, and safety (EHS) governmental laws and regulations, the Client's EHS policies, and international best practices. Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive site-specific EHS management systems to achieve zero incidents across all project phases from construction through final handover. This is a dedicated, full-time site-based position for the duration of the project. ________________________________________ Principal Responsibilities: 1. EHS Strategy & Leadership Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Project EHS Management Plan aligned with the Client's corporate EHS policies, Taiwan OSHA regulations, and project-specific requirements. Establish and promote a strong safety culture across the project site, including all contractors, subcontractors, and visitors. Provide visible leadership through daily site walks, safety briefings, and active engagement with all stakeholders. Develop strategic EHS objectives and KPIs; report progress regularly to Client and PCM Project Director. 2. Regulatory Compliance & Certification Management Ensure full compliance with all applicable Taiwan environmental, health, and safety governmental laws and regulations throughout construction and fit-out phases. Maintain required environmental, health, and safety programs and training records; make documentation immediately available to the Client and Taiwan governmental regulators on request. Coordinate and support LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum, and local Green Building Certification processes from an EHS perspective. Collect, maintain, and file all relevant EHS documents to support permit applications, project execution, and final handover. 3.

Management & Development Directly manage and develop the Project EHS Specialist; conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching. Ensure site safety personnel maintain valid certifications and participate in continuing professional development. Coordinate with contractor-provided safety personnel to ensure consistent EHS standards across all site activities. 4. Pre-Construction Phase EHS Management Review and approve all contractor EHS management plans before construction commencement. Collaborate with project management teams and design consultants to comprehensively understand project requirements, design specifications, and construction methodologies while conducting thorough constructability analyses from an EHS perspective. Manage the General Contractor (GC) to establish site safety protocols and emergency response procedures. Oversee setup of secure perimeter fencing and controlled access points. 5. Construction Phase EHS Management Implement and maintain the Coordination Organization Meeting structure for EHS oversight. Conduct daily site walk-throughs, inspections, and safety audits; document findings and track corrective actions. Provide regular EHS performance updates to Client EHS Manager, PCM Project Director, and project leadership. Lead incident investigation, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive measures. Maintain and regularly practice Emergency Response Plans. Ensure there is no potential injury risk to pedestrians or public near the construction site. Review contractor safety work plans and attend pre-work safety
