We are searching for a self-directed, highly motivated engineer to join our team. The responsibilities of a Manufacturing Process Engineer in this role include:

Develop and implement improved methods of manufacturing, procedures, and processes that result in improved efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality Implement project or improvement plans for areas of responsibility including but not limited to: efficiency improvements, cost reduction or quality improvement programs, new product support and other process improvements Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support the continuous flow of production and to minimize cycle time in a high volume manufacturing 300mm wafer Fab running Analog Technologies Identify systematic problems in either process or equipment related sources and communicating findings to the engineering staff in a continuous manner Support the manufacturing ramp with execution of equipment/process startup, process experiments (SWRs) Participate in data analysis and problem resolution Collaborate across teams/ branches to solve fab priorities, which can change quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Quality Event Management: Lead the charge in identifying and quickly resolving quality excursions, determining root causes, and containing/dispositioning affected material. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure only the highest quality products go to our customers. Enable Flawless Execution: Develop, implement, and execute strategies for handling out-of-control (OOC) and out-of-specification (OOS) lots, as well as YE down dispositions. Your data gathering and analytical skills will help optimize our processes and drive operational performance. In addition you will lead day to day operational execution to provide support and feedback on factory critical systems Drive Process Stability: Own Statistical Factory Control (SFC) and continuously improve our inline performance, ensuring stable processes and high process yields. You will also identify and lead chamber/tool matching opportunities to achieve best-in-class Cpk and %OOC rates. Operational Improvements: Identify and execute opportunities to maximize output of installed capacity (MOOI) and reduce cycle time (CT). You will also implement Smart Manufacturing and Automation (SMA) solutions and reduce WIP wait time to maximize our operational efficiency.
Training and Development: Contribute to the growth of our Process Engineering Technicians through ongoing training and development. You will also create tools to improve team efficiency (reports/visualizations) and document new learnings in our disposition specs.
