Join us and be part of a company at the forefront of technological evolution, delivering solutions that shape the future of the fastening industry.     What You’ll Do   As a Machine Operator - Tapping you'll be p art of our team located in Montpel ier, IN.   You’ll get to:     Starts machine and observes operation, making adjustments as needed.   Gauging and checking parts for each catch pan, for conformance to specifications.   Record and plot on SPC charts   Record production on daily sheet   Operate PIV and electric pallet jack to move tubs and load machines   Must be able to work overtime   Any other duties as assigned by supervisor     Who You Are   You always strive to do a good job …but wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good?
