Drive strategic future of business by identifying market trends, assortment opportunities and understanding the customer Drive team to maximize omni financial results across revenue, gross margin, and inventory goals through the development of merchandising strategies, store tiering, sales planning and allocation strategies Lead the buy process from concept to completion, including partnership in product development, implementation of regional merchandising strategies and financial planning of sales/inventory Manage OTB to meet financial targets at the SKU level for sales, inventory & margin with a focus on leading the team to optimize forecast accuracy Continuously analyze and reforecast business and implement strategies to ensure plan is achieved, including adjusting product flow and inventory management Manage SKU lifecycle from adoption to delete, react to in season sales to determine go forward strategy  Initiate and generate business analysis to track selling, identify key trends and maximize opportunities in the assortment and inventory to achieve continued growth and profitability Influence product assortment by analyzing and sharing current product performance, customer feedback, consumer trends, competitive landscape and local market knowledge to global merchants/design with the goal identifying new opportunities for target customer Optimize inventory through leading allocation to maximize inventory ensuring that allocations to stores align with product strategies Lead team of 4 in executional excellence through all milestones in the buying and allocation process.
