Additionally, we are looking for students who are: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree/or equivalent in Business, Merchandising, Fashion Management, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Foster effective teamwork, act with courage, embraces change, and continuously growing through feedback, reflection and an athlete mindset Demonstrate curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply new tools responsibly Passionate about product, consumer trends, and the intersection of sport, fashion, and retail Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to turn insights into action and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP YOU MUST Be enrolled as a full-time student for the full duration of the internship at a university or higher education institution Be available for a full-time, six-month internship, starting on 1 February 2027 Be able to work in a hybrid model, spending three days per week at our Nike Inc EHQ Campus (Colosseum 1, 1213 Hilversum, Netherlands) and two days from home You are currently enrolled in a full-time study program at a Dutch university (HBO or WO level), regardless of your nationality OR You hold EU/EEA citizenship and are enrolled in a university outside the Netherlands WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON As a Merchandising Intern, you'll help shape consumer-right product assortments and support key merchandising decisions across one of our three iconic brands: Nike, Jordan, or Converse.
