Producer - Gears of War - The Coalition (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

If you have the fire to work with our driven team, then come work with us.   We are looking for a Producer to deliver exceptional gaming experiences for our players while supporting quality, schedule, and business objectives. You will be responsible for managing one or more multidisciplinary teams composed of artists, designers, and engineers and working directly with the Production Director to guide features to completion. As part of the Production team, you will be expected to help create and foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. You will create production roadmaps based on backlogs and partner with Product Owners to establish sprint and milestone goals. You will drive execution of this plan by collaborating with the leadership team to prioritize deliverables, manage risks and dependencies, adapt to challenges and help resolve issues as they arise. You will also report the weekly status and evaluate your group against deliverable completion and quality success criteria.

Milestone planning, execution, dependency management and evaluation of priorities. Communicate goals to the team and support successful delivery of high-quality outcomes. Support project development with an emphasis on team enablement and collaboration. Proactively manage risk and mitigation - identify issues, propose solutions and be accountable for taking action. Create, update, and present status and information to the Studio Leadership team. Identify process improvements to increase efficiency. Provide regular capacity plan updates.

Required Qualifications  Bachelor's Degree AND 1+ year(s) experience in production roles in gaming or entertainment industry, or other multi-disciplinary leadership OR equivalent experience.

Experience managing one or more cross-functional game teams through multiple development phases, including pre-production, production, finaling, and post-launch. Experience working with modern project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Kanban. Experience collaborating closely with Producers, Product Owners, Designers, Engineers, and Content Creators, with the ability to establish and drive a clear team vision. Experience working with external development partners. Experience contributing to the development and release of at least one console game. Demonstrates a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences for developers and players. 1+ years of experience managing budgets. 2+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.   The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is $87,600 CAD - $131,400 CAD Ce poste sera ouvert pendant au moins cinq jours et les candidatures seront acceptées de façon continue jusqu’à ce que le poste soit pourvu.
