Are you a hands-on individual with mechanical talent looking for a role where you can directly impact production success? At Zebra, we are seeking a skilled Converting Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this position, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our specialized converting machinery, ensuring our products meet the highest quality and safety standards. Your work is essential to helping us meet production goals and maintain the efficiency of our plant.

As a Converting Machine Operator, your focus will be on outcomes and efficiency. Your key responsibilities will be: Manage the complete setup and operation of rewind machines to convert materials according to precise product specifications. Perform adjustments and basic troubleshooting using hand tools to ensure continuous and uninterrupted production. Execute quality tests following ISO procedures to guarantee every product meets our strict standards. Meet and exceed shift productivity targets, contributing directly to the team's success. Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Collaborate actively with the team, sharing knowledge and participating in the training of new members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 year of experience operating machinery, with a preference for experience in the converting or flexographic industry. Demonstrated ability for   teamwork and problem-solving. Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions. Basic math and computer skills.

1+ years of experience operating finishing or label converting equipment (e.g., die-cutting, laminating, slitting).
