Metrology & Real-Time Defect Analysis Technician

As a Metrology & Real-Time Defect Analysis (MRDA) Technician, you will support semiconductor process monitoring and defect detection activities using advanced inspection and measurement technologies. You will help ensure product quality by collecting, monitoring, and analyzing measurement data that supports engineering decisions and manufacturing excellence.

Operate metrology and inspection equipment. Perform measurements according to established procedures. Monitor tool health and measurement performance. Collect and organize inspection and defect data. Support engineers in defect investigations and root cause analysis activities. Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and recovery activities. Support preventive maintenance and tool monitoring programs. Ensure compliance with operational and quality procedures. Other & AI Responsibilities Utilize AI-assisted and data analytics tools to improve data analysis efficiency. Support defect reduction and process optimization initiatives. Candidate Profile / Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications / Requirements Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Engineering, Materials Science, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines. Able to work 12 hour shifts. Must Have Technical Skills Basic analytical and measurement skills. Computer literacy. Data interpretation capability. Familiarity with technical equipment. Must Have Soft Skills Strong troubleshooting mindset with attention to detail. Good communication skills, teamwork and collaboration. Willingness to learn.

Exposure to laboratory, inspection, or semiconductor environments. Familiarity with statistical analysis or SPC concepts.
