Summary: Data Analysis & Interpretation: Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement across business functions. BI Development: Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions. Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to support strategic planning and operational efficiency. Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems. Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to BI processes and tools to enhance data accessibility and usability. Industry Intelligence: Stay informed on BI trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously elevate analytics capabilities. Qualifications : Master’s degree in Engineering (any), Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics or related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained. In lieu of a Master’s degree in Engineering (any), Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics or related field of study and three (3) years of experience, the employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any), Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics or related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained. Must have demonstrated experience with: Advanced SQL Development writing complex SQL queries, including multi-table joins, subqueries, window functions, and aggregations, to extract, transform, and validate large, structured datasets for analytical and reporting use cases. Using Python for data cleansing, transformation, exploratory data analysis, statistical analysis, and automation of recurring analytical workflows, utilizing libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and related analytical packages. Applying Statistics and Quantitative Analysis, such as descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, trend analysis, and variability analysis, to support business insights, performance measurement, and data driven decision making. Data Science Techniques for Business Analytics, specifically applying data science concepts, including feature engineering, segmentation, predictive or forecasting models, and analytical experimentation, to solve commercial or operational business problems in a healthcare or medical device context. Business Intelligence Dashboard Development (Power BI and/or Tableau) designing,
