Lead Credit Officer - Manager

As part of Risk Management and Compliance, you are at the center of keeping JPMorgan Chase strong and resilient. The purpose of this position is to manage a high-performing credit risk team that supports responsible business loan portfolio growth and protects the bank from loss while maintaining acceptable asset quality. The Lead Credit Officer Manager will provide credit oversight, people leadership, stakeholder partnership, and strategic direction while driving disciplined execution, process improvements, and business-critical initiatives across credit and portfolio risk management activities. The role requires strong credit judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
