Now Hiring: Associate ServiceNow Administrator Summary: Build your Career. Make a Difference. Presbyterian is hiring a skilled Associate ServiceNow Administrator. This position will research and engage in fact-finding to develop or modify information systems. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary -Support troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and maintenance of ServiceNow ITSM applications and platform enhancements. -Develop and configure basic ServiceNow solutions, including forms, catalog items, flows, business rules, client scripts, and notifications. -Assist with scripting, integrations, data imports, and configuration while following ServiceNow development, security, and change management standards. Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certificate

 Responsibilities: Provides support for definition/refinement of business requirements and for quality assurance/acceptance testing efforts Designs, develops, tests and debugs software components of limited complexity Provides implementation, production and upgrade support for software components of low complexity May act as supporting liaison between the application team and the user community, responsible for facilitating communications, coordinating system enhancements, and providing production support. Works with user community to define business requirements in sufficient detail and define business use cases that systems configuration, development/enhancement, and/or Operations activities can be pursued. Develops both internal IT and user documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in IT support, application administration, system administration, or ServiceNow; related education or equivalent experience preferred. Assist with Service Catalog item builds and maintenance , including variables, approvals, workflows, and fulfillment configurations. Provide general ServiceNow administration and troubleshooting, including users, groups, roles, access, permissions, forms, lists, and basic platform issues . Support testing, documentation, platform enhancements, and incident/request resolution while developing knowledge of ITSM, ServiceNow configuration, scripting, integrations, and automation . ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred This is an Onsite position in Albuquerque,  NM.

Qualifications

Associate Degree 0-2 years of experience in IT.
