The role
Our Strategy Analysts shape key business decisions across the customer lifecycle, from idea to execution. They form strategic recommendations supported by great analytical insight, get buy-in from senior leadership, and deliver change in market with cross-functional teams. And as a graduate, you’ll have real responsibility from day 1. You will be based in one of our strategy teams, with a peer buddy, mentor and manager on hand to help you get up to speed. We will train you to use best-in-class coding and analytical tools, and then you’ll get your first project to lead. And as you become more experienced, you’ll grow your impact further. Because there’s a wide variety of strategic work, rotations are a core part of the culture. Moving across teams helps our graduates become well-rounded, strategic thinkers, able to dive into a new context and quickly get up to speed. As a Strategy Analyst you could be: Finding innovative ways to attract new customers and ensure our products meet their needs. Redesigning our card pricing strategy to maximise value. Creating strategies to support our customers to manage their finances, build their credit, or protect them (and us) from fraud. Considering how we should adapt our lending policy to a changing macroeconomic environment.
