If you do not meet every requirement, or your experience is slightly different that what we have listed, we still encourage you to apply!   Job Requirements (Principal Responsibilities) 工作要求（主要职责） 执行工程师制定的试产及工艺改善项目方案，跟踪试产及工艺改善项目过程数据，整理数据文件； 跟踪工艺改善实验的样品性能，并取样报检相关测试项目； 发现问题并向上级反馈，协助处理粉体生产过程中的异常； 协助工程师完成相关项目的工艺改善工作； 定期向上级汇报试验进度、问题及解决办法，及时反馈异常与重要发现。 严格遵守公司各项SH&E方针和相关程序规定，持续提高自己的安全意识和风险辨识能力；严格按照ISO9000、IATF16949、ISO14001、RC14001的标准，确保各项工作能达到各体系的要求； 严格遵守公司的各项安全规定包括员工安全要求（责任）18条，管理团队安全要求（责任）13条，安全、健康、环保相关规定，对发现的安全隐患应及时上报； 完成领导交办的其他工作。   Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors) 能力（知识、技能和行为）   ·       具备扎实的化工专业知识，熟悉常用的化工设备的原理，有一定的化学实验操作能力。 ·       具备独立解决问题的能力和良好的沟通能力。做事认真，积极上进，善于沟通与思考。 ·       熟练使用 office 办公软件。 Education/Experience 教育/经验 ·       大专（含）以上 ·       理工科相关专业 ·       要求两年化工相关工作经验，有电池材料相关工作经验者优先   At Cabot, we bring the power of innovative chemistry and a spirit of partnership with our customers to advance solutions that will enable a sustainable future.
