Start your Voyage – Apply Now Get to Know the Opportunity: The Health Account Solutions (HAS) Operations Business Specialist is responsible for data service support for the HAS suite of products, including data files for eligibility, plan contributions, premium information, and COBRA administration. Responsibilities include file set up and testing as well as processing ongoing files and managing errors and discrepancies. The operations business specialist collaborates with internal and external stakeholders regularly to meet implementation expectations, service delivery goals and resolve issues. The Contributions You'll Make: Manage file development, testing and mapping to internal applications. Analysis of incoming data accuracy. Manages daily file imports; communicates and follows through on resolution of errors and discrepancies. Participate in calls with internal and external parties as the file subject matter expert. Maintain applicable inventory management tracking and sign offs. Independently manage assigned workload. Engage in working groups and continuous improvement opportunities. Participate in process documentation and knowledge sharing. May assist and training or mentoring of new team members. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Knowledge & Experience: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 1 year within a health insurance role including; CDHP, COBRA or Major Medical Insurance Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and file intake/sharing tools. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven time management skills. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to prioritize and oversee multiple priorities and meet service level requirements. Demonstrated success in critical thinking; making effective recommendations to resolve issues as they arise. Preferred Knowledge & Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred.
