Internship Opportunities at Huntington: Huntington offers internship opportunities for students who are currently enrolled in an academic program and seeking practical, hands‑on experience in their field of study.  Internships take place during a defined period of time and are available across all business segments. Rising seniors (Winter 2027 or Spring 2028 grads) may participate in the Enterprise Internship Program , an 11-week , role-aligned experience where students work directly with a manager and team on meaningful business initiatives. In addition to hands-on project work, participants gain exposure to executive leadership, participate in Huntington's innovation project, and build connections that may lead to future full-time opportunities. ​ All interns participate in a variety of developmental and professional activities designed to support learning and exposure to the organization. Depending on your school year , program components may include: Experience in day‑to‑day responsibilities related to their assigned team Exposure to broader business functions A structured schedule of professional development sessions Opportunities to engage with members of the Executive Leadership Team Discussions with senior leaders regarding career paths and Huntington’s business areas A team project focused on applying Huntington’s innovation framework to a business‑relevant problem Participation in volunteer activities and internal events aligned with Huntington’s culture Regional Banking Internship Overview Within Huntington's Regional Banking segment, interns gain exposure to how the bank serves businesses and communities through relationship-based banking, lending, treasury management, and financial solutions. Students partner directly with experienced professionals on meaningful projects that support client growth, business development, credit analysis, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives across local markets. Interns may collaborate with teams supporting commercial banking, small business banking, regional leadership, and client relationship management while developing a deeper understanding of how a regional bank drives economic growth. Successful candidates are curious, relationship-oriented, and interested in learning about careers that combine financial expertise with client-focused problem solving. Opportunities may include exposure to commercial and business banking, credit and financial analysis, treasury management solutions, client relationship management, and regional market strategy.
