You Are An experienced semiconductor professional who excels at leading complex, customer-facing programs. You understand IP development, semiconductor design flows, and how to align teams to deliver on schedule.

Lead customer-facing IP programs from kickoff through post-silicon support. Own schedules, milestones, deliverables, and statements of work (SOWs). Coordinate global teams across engineering, applications, sales, and support. Manage risks, drive issue resolution, and ensure successful execution. Communicate program status to customers and leadership. The Impact You Will Have Enable successful customer product launches. Drive on-time delivery of complex IP programs. Strengthen customer trust and satisfaction. Support growth and adoption of Synopsys IP solutions.

BSEE or equivalent with 8+ years of semiconductor industry experience. (Multiple levels available.) Technical program management experience in SoC, analog IP, digital IP, or related technologies. Experience managing customer-facing programs and stakeholder communication. Understanding of semiconductor design flows, IP integration, and tapeout processes. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Proactive, organized, and results-oriented. Skilled at identifying and mitigating risks. Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset. Effective at influencing and aligning diverse teams.
