The Impact You'll Own

The Cost Controlling Sr Specialist helps the company manage and control costs. The role involves tracking expenses, preparing budgets and forecasts, analyzing financial results, and identifying ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs. The analyst works closely with different teams and senior management to support business decisions and ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Support budget preparation, forecasting, and expense planning.

• Review, validate, and record expense accruals.

• Analyze costs and provide insights to support business decisions.

• Prepare forward-looking analyses for resource allocation, investments, cost optimization, and growth initiatives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to ensure effective financial planning and execution.

• Monitor financial performance, investigate variances, and recommend corrective actions.

• Support planning cycles, including LRP, OB, RF, and LE.

• Perform month-end closing and income statement activities.

• Assist with internal and external audits, including SOX compliance.
