Position
Summary : The Director, Commercial Learning & Development provides strategic and operational leadership for Commercial Learning & Development across a geographically dispersed Commercial organization. This role is responsible for establishing and executing the commercial learning strategy, capability roadmap, governance framework, and development priorities that strengthen organizational capability and support business performance. As the leader of a growing function, the Director serves as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor. The role leads a team while actively partnering with Commercial Leadership, Sales Leadership, Human Resources, Marketing, and Talent leaders to design, implement, and continuously improve learning and capability-building solutions. The Director is responsible for translating business priorities into scalable development strategies that improve onboarding, sales effectiveness, leadership capability, and workforce readiness across the Commercial organization. The anticipated salary range for this position is $160,000 - 170,000 annually plus 20% AIP eligibility. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location. The ideal candidate will reside in the east coast of the US.
