Ford is building a new capability at the center of our enterprise AI strategy. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Learning & Development, to build and own the curriculum, materials, and learning journeys that teach Ford employees how to work with AI and agentic tools. This role partners closely with the Workflow Redesign Lead and with functional teams to ensure training lands at the right moment in a rollout, in the right format, for the right audience — from a frontline user learning a new tool to a leader deciding how to manage a team that now works alongside AI.
