+ The Legal Co Op will participate in various areas within the in\-house legal department, including Ethics & Compliance, Employment Law, and Litigation

+ The legal co\-op will be exposed to a broad array of hands\-on opportunities in the areas such as risk assessments, internal investigations, employment/labor, commercial contracts, litigation/disputes, facilities/leases, intellectual property, NDAs, regulatory audits, contract negotiations, legal training, import/export matters, ethics & compliance, and/or other areas to meet business needs\.
