Where is the work: On-Site (5 days)     Ø  Financial & Management Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports with meaningful financial analysis and business insights, Analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and explain key variances Develop executive dashboards, KPIs and financial performance report for Management team Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data with on-time submission Evaluate Investment and cost optimization initiatives Provide financial advice to business partner and Management team Support annual statutory reporting and year-end financial closing activities,   Ø  Financial Planning, Forecasting and Business Analysis Lead annual budget and monthly & quarterly forecasting process Prepare Budget, forecast & scenario-based simulations & business cases for decision making Perform profitability analysis by product, business unit or project, Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis to support business decisions Identity financial risk and opportunities and recommend improvement actions Partner with business functions to improve financial performance Play a key role in business plan of the company and actively drive the business plan with key stakeholders undefined Ø  Yearend Closing, Compliance and Process Improvement Support month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely reporting Review all relevant financial information such as JV, accruals and financial adjustment Coordinate with Tax, Internal Control and External Auditor Support internal and external audit requests related to financial activities and reporting Enhance reporting process to improve efficiency, accuracy and internal control Ø  Team development Coach and develop Finance and Accounting team, Improve financial process and reporting capabilities Foster collaboration across Finance and Business function We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
