This is a full-time hourly position located in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The company will not provide relocation assistance. The Utilities Senior Area Coordinator’s primary role is to ensure that all customer service standards are met through safety, professionalism, presentation, and efficiency, and that the department is appropriately prepared for the expected business volume. The Utilities Senior Area Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operation across the Utility Department. This position supports a specific area within the Utilities Department. Responsibilities include employee training, making operational decisions, and ensuring the highest level of customer service. The Utility Senior Area Coordinator will start and closedown utility operations within the building, address guest concerns, and communicate with and support the leadership staff. This position will be required to facilitate pre-shift meetings to share vital information with team members while coordinating employee breaks and overall productivity. This position requires a focus on exceptional customer service and expects the Senior Area Coordinator to be approachable, courteous, and knowledgeable about our products, be able to clearly communicate with guests and assist them with questions, as well as provide general information to guests with a high level of professionalism.
