POSITION SUMMARY At W Rome, we're looking for a passionate and detail-driven hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment. As part of our Finance team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records, supporting month-end processes, managing invoices and payments, and contributing to the smooth operation of the hotel's financial activities. Beyond the numbers, you'll collaborate closely with departments across the hotel, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional support that helps drive business success. You'll be expected to lead by example, inspire teamwork, and ensure tasks are completed with accuracy, efficiency, and a service-first mindset. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage and maintain financial records, reports, invoices, and account reconciliations. Support month-end closing activities and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures. Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments and vendor invoices. Collaborate with operational teams to support business needs and improve efficiency. Act as a role model within the department by promoting teamwork, accountability, and attention to detail. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and protect company assets. Deliver professional communication and build positive relationships with associates, leaders, guests, and business partners. WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT
Previous experience in a Finance or Accounting role within the hospitality industry is mandatory . Solid understanding of hotel financial operations, accounting principles, and reporting processes. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Proficiency with financial systems and Microsoft Office applications. Positive attitude, high energy, and a passion for delivering excellence every day. MUST HAVE Previous experience in a hotel Finance department is required. Applications without prior hospitality finance experience will not be considered.
