Manage sourcing, purchasing, and order placement for domestic and overseas prototype development materials, components, and consumables. Perform monthly closing activities related to prototype materials, development parts, and indirect purchasing items. Manage and maintain equipment and tooling assets, including inventory tracking and record accuracy. Support procurement activities for new product development and engineering projects. Analyze supplier purchasing trends, material spending, and forecast (FCST) requirements to ensure timely supply and cost efficiency. Maintain procurement-related documentation and system data in ERP, PLM, and other relevant systems. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Project Teams to support product development activities and project timelines. Develop, manage, and strengthen strategic partnerships with suppliers to ensure optimal quality, delivery, cost, and service performance. Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Support procurement process standardization and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain management, or automotive industry purchasing preferred. Knowledge of ERP/PLM systems and procurement processes. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Business-level English communication skills preferred.
