Job Description/Preferred Qualifications We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to help build agentic AI solutions that automate workflows and support better decision‑making across the enterprise. In this role, you’ll collaborate with senior engineers and product partners to deliver reliable, production‑grade AI services , contribute to agent orchestration approaches, and continuously improve evaluation and monitoring for quality and performance. The ideal candidate brings proven software engineering fundamentals and experience with modern AI frameworks. This is a hands‑on builder role focused on collaborative design, implementation, and deployment of agentic AI systems. If you enjoy building, experimenting, and learning while deploying real AI systems, we’d love to hear from you! This role will be based at our Midwest HQ in Ann Arbor, MI Key Responsibilities  Build and deploy agent‑based AI systems , including autonomous and semi‑autonomous agents that can reason, plan, use tools, and collaborate effectively. Support benchmarking efforts for model performance across different deployment environments. Collaborate in the design and implementation of scalable and reliable AI/ML systems that support evolving workloads. Help ensure solutions align with enterprise standards for security, compliance, observability, and operational efficiency. Run focused experiments (e.g., A/B tests, workflow refinements) to improve agent performance. Work closely with cross‑functional partners to deliver impactful business outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field. Master's and/or PhD preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record of deploying solutions in a production environment. Proficiency in Python, or similar languages, with experience in libraries like TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, etc. Experience with RAG is essential. Strong background in statistics, machine learning algorithms, deep learning, neural networks, and system architecture. Strong understanding of cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and data processing technologies. Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and work effectively in matrix environments. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members and business partners. Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD
