CORP ECOMM/LABOR PLANNING SPECIALIST

Responsible for analyzing customer demand and the fulfillment centers operational capacity in order to develop an operational labor plan with the lowest cost to serve. Lead and conduct day-to-day headcount planning. Analyze large sets of data to determine the most efficient utilization of manpower and equipment for hub and spoke sheds to meet customer demand. Leads innovation and drives change through detailed reporting and project management. Maintains strong communication and effective working relationships with site and third-party leaders.
